Payment & Delivery Policy

The applicable plan and site inspection fee will be identified on a fee quote. Costs are confirmed and pre-agreed with clients prior to commencement of work.

On receipt of written confirmation of your order we will commence work. Any inspections are dependent on the work carried out and level of service agreed which is risk assessed.

Plans are checked within 5 working days of receipt and clients are advised of key stages of any work next working day via e-mail.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

If you cancel a service or are entitled to a refund for any other reason we will:

Process the refund promptly and notify you by post that this has taken place.
Process the refund to the original cardholders account. We retain encrypted card details to undertake this process.

If the service requested or received costs less than the debited amount or we agree that an error has taken place, we are required to refund the entire transaction and debit the card with the correct reduced amount.

Any email communications will include a reference number but will NOT include your card details.
