We can also provide a consultancy service in relation to the Scottish Building Regulations. Approved Inspectors are not licensed to cover Scotland and Building Control approval must be obtained via the Local Authority Building permit route. We can offer advice and guidance in respect of these Regulations which differ from England and submit an application on your behalf dealing with any queries to ensure approval is obtained.
