Aedis have added further strength and capability to their plan checking team with the appointment of Derrick Bowman.

A fully qualified surveyor Derrick brings a wealth of skills, experience to the business having spent over 40 years in Building Control. He will provide a central plan checking and vetting service for the Regional Inspectors / Surveyors covering all aspects of work from domestic to commercial.

Derrick has worked on thousands of projects but picks out his work on a local flagship £20 million project at Seaham Hall as the current highlight.

Director, Joe Ayre said, "It's great to add someone of Derrick's experience and capability to the team. Based at our Richmond HQ he will liaise directly with our regional inspection teams and clients to ensure compliance and pro-actively identify and solve possible problems at the earliest possible stage".
